In a fast pace world, digital technology is increasingly pervasive in our lives. We use digital technology more than we realise, in simple tasks like organising “to do lists”, when buying stuff online, or when we resort to an app that is synchronised with another digital device to monitor our workout.
Most of these solutions are created in an experimental environment. And, subsequently, they are tested, improved, and tuned in accordance with the feedback provided by users/clients. These creative ecosystems are start-up companies, which take risks and grow along with their achievements, aiming to turn into scale-up businesses.
